Qiita portal for the Cancer Microbiome

Recent studies have shown that the microbiome is intimately linked to cancer, including microbes found in tumors themselves. This NCI-funded portal provides access to sequence datasets concerning the cancer microbiome, including microbiomes that lead to cancer, microbiomes that diagnose cancer (including blood microbiome sequencing), and microbiomes of cancer tissue. All samples are re-processed using the consistent pipelines in Qiita.
